Cuban Anti-Communist Party
I. FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES
The Cuban Anti-Communist Party is founded with the purpose of rebuilding the Republic of Cuba upon the principles of:
• Individual liberty
• Private property
• Rule of law
• Separation of powers
• Citizen sovereignty over the State
We absolutely reject any system that subordinates the individual to an ideology or to the state apparatus.
II. NATIONAL OBJECTIVE
To restore a free, democratic, economically prosperous, and institutionally stable Cuba through an orderly transition that avoids chaos, power vacuums, and social collapse.
III. POLITICAL MODEL
• Republican, presidential, and limited government system
• Strict separation of powers
• Free, competitive, and supervised elections
• Term limits without exception
• Full independence of the judiciary
Political power must serve the citizen, not the other way around.
IV. ECONOMIC MODEL
• Open market economy
• Absolute protection of private property
• Elimination of state monopolies
• Promotion of foreign investment
• Full entrepreneurial freedom
• Tax simplification
Economic growth will be driven by private initiative, not state control.
V. ECONOMIC TRANSITION
• Gradual elimination of the centralized state model
• Structured privatization of public companies
• Monetary and banking reform
• Currency stabilization
• Creation of legal certainty for investors
The goal is to prevent hyperinflation, mass unemployment, and financial disorder.
VI. SECURITY AND INTERNAL ORDER
• Restoration of public order
• Reform of security forces
• Creation of a civilian National Guard
• Zero tolerance for organized crime
• Protection of citizens and their property
Without security, there is no freedom.
VII. FIGHT AGAINST CORRUPTION
• Corruption crimes without statute of limitations
• Full confiscation of illicit assets
• Lifetime disqualification from public office
• Complete state audit
Corruption will be treated as a structural threat to the Republic.
VIII. INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS
• Freedom of speech without censorship
• Freedom of the press
• Freedom of religion
• Right to private property
• Right to legal defense
The citizen is the center of the system.
IX. SOCIAL POLICY
• Basic support network during the transition
• Real access to healthcare and education
• Elimination of rationing
• Promotion of productive employment
The State protects, but does not replace the individual.
X. NATIONAL DEFENSE
• Reduction of the traditional military apparatus
• Absolute civilian control
• Focus on territorial defense and internal stability
The goal is not to project power, but to guarantee sovereignty.
XI. INTERNATIONAL POLICY
• Integration with free-market economies
• Strategic alliances with democracies
• Attraction of foreign investment
• Reintegration into the international financial system
Cuba will return to the world as a reliable partner.
XII. FINAL MESSAGE
Cuba does not only need the end of a system. It needs a new structure that guarantees that system never returns again.
